All Roof LLC (“All Roof,” “we”) operates allroofapp.com and provides software for roofing contractors. This policy explains what we collect on this website and how we use it. It covers this website only; information our customers store in the All Roof application is handled under our customer agreements, where our customers are the controllers of their own data.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a demo or early access, we collect your name, company, email address, and — if you choose to provide it — your phone number, plus anything you type into the message field.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government IDs, or health information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your request, to contact you about All Roof, and to improve our product and website. If you checked the box consenting to automated calls and text messages, we may also contact you by those means about All Roof — and you can withdraw that consent at any time (see below). The version of that disclosure currently in use is b2b-web-2026-07.v1.
Text messages and phone calls
If you provided a phone number, we may call or text you about the request you submitted. We will only send automated calls or text messages if you separately consented to them; that consent is never a condition of getting a demo or of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — website hosting, email delivery, and database hosting — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses only cookies strictly necessary for it to function. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not use session-recording tools. Because we do not track visitors across other websites, we do not respond differently to Do Not Track browser signals.
How long we keep it
We keep demo and early-access submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records. Where you gave consent to be contacted by phone or text, we retain the record of that consent — including the exact language you agreed to and the date — for at least five years, because we are required to be able to prove it.
Your choices
Email us at allroofllc@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop hearing from us. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. We honor opt-out requests promptly and across every channel.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Where we operate
All Roof is intended for use by businesses in the United States, and information is processed in the United States. This website is not directed to individuals in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other regions outside the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above.
